Job Summary
As a part of the accounting team, you will be assigned to different aspects of the accounting process to ensure timely and accurate financials.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday. You’ll be based out of our Lehi, Utah office. A hybrid office schedule is utilized after the training period, with remote work from home being based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Enter AP transactions
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly close
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare journal entries
- Verify and complete payment of invoices associated with accounts payable
- Review work and help training accounting staff
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
