The Sr. Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for creating the digital marketing strategy across the PMT business. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading digital marketing transformation in a fast-paced business-to-business (B2B) environment.

They will have a strong customer focus and command of how to navigate and execute the digital marketing strategy and understands how to create value for multiple channels. He/she will have a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive right and fast solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts. They must be a hands-on leader who possesses the best combination of strategic thinking and drive to achieve tangible business results.

The Sr. Director, Digital Marketing is a key member of the Commercial functional leadership team, and reports to the PMT VP Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital instrumentation of the customer decision journey, including thought leadership, account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and other demand generation activities
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to build and sustain industry best of breed digital engagement platforms for the business across the whole MarTech portfolio
• Design comprehensive plans and drive accountability to deliver content across channels and to defined markets and personas
• Actively partner with commercial teams on lead follow up and workflow in SFDC
• Drive lead generation activities through SEO/SEM, social media, content optimization, and lead nurturing
• Ensure adoption of best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure the Lead-to Revenue (L2R) model is deployed across the business
• Accountability for measuring L2R campaigns against KPIs
• Collaborate with executive leadership, functional leaders, and functional transformation experts to generate digital campaign concepts and successfully deploy account-based marketing programs to key verticals and segments

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years related work experience, including 5+ years Marketing leadership experience in corporate environments with a proven record of developing high impact solutions across the digital landscape
• 4+ Years knowledge of Marketo, Adobe tools and SFDC

• Aptitude and interest in data driven decision making and promoting continuous improvement
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence
