THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Senior HR Generalist
Responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, regulatory compliance and adherence to HR and company policies and procedures, and training and development
- Provide support to employees for HR-related topics
- Responsible for the recruitment process for exempt positions
- Create and manage onboarding plans, educating newly hired employees on company policies and procedures and the company culture
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity/metrics
- Conduct HR audits, analyze results, and offer recommendations
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct exit interviews
- Act as backup for payroll
QUALIFICATIONS: Senior HR Generalist
- BS degree in HR or related field of study
- HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) - preferred but not required
- 5+ years’ experience in HR
- 1-3 years’ experience processing payroll
- 1-3 years’ experience recruiting
