Position Summary:

We are seeking a Service Coordinator for immediate opening in our Houston, Texas office. The successful applicant will support our field service business by coordinating jobs from purchase order to invoice as a Service Coordinator.

Essential Functions:

• Expediting parts
• Entering new orders
• Communicating with customers and colleagues to arrange service schedules
• Invoicing work that has been completed
• Coordinating the shipment of rental equipment
• End of month reporting for hours worked at key customer sites for safety records
• Arranging safety training for Technicians

Job Requirements:

• Relevant degrees or craft certification preferred
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good research skills, using existing files (paper and electronic) from our records
• Order processing and expediting skills
• Filing skills
• Ability to work under a deadline
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment with multiple simultaneous requests
• Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday

• Associate (Preferred)
