Express Employment is looking for a Service Writer.
Pay: $20 - $30/Hour DOE
Location: Chico, Ca
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work hours may vary
- Interact with customers
- Listen to their questions and concerns
- Provide timely responses
- Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments
- Record customer details and transactions
- Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staffs
- Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances
- Educate customers about the company’s products, services, and offers
- Other duties as assigned
- Recent 2-5 years of experience
