We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer (SecOps) to join our team in Rockville, MD, USA.

Job Summary: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer(SecOps), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions for integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management processes into the ServiceNow platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that security-related issues are addressed, risks are identified and remediated, and compliance requirements are met. In addition, you will be responsible for configuring and managing Tenable vulnerability scanning tools, as well as developing custom applications using JavaScript, CSS, Agile, Glide, and other ServiceNow technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management processes into the ServiceNow platform
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate security-related issues
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, including integration with other systems and data sources
• Develop custom applications using JavaScript, CSS, Agile, Glide, and other ServiceNow technologies
• Configure and manage Tenable vulnerability scanning tools and integrate them with ServiceNow
• Provide guidance and support to other team members on security-related matters
• Participate in security incident response activities as needed
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow and security operations
  

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is prefered
• At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps and CMDB implementation and integration
• Service Management-ITSM Tool-ServiceNow-Security Operations - 8+ years exp.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
  

Prefered skills

• Experience with Tenable vulnerability scanning tools
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, CSS, Agile, Glide, and other ServiceNow technologies
• Understanding of security operations processes and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• This position can be performed remotely but selected candidate will be required to gain a government-issued badge to begin work. Therefore, candidate will be required to make arrangements to collect their badge from one of the NIH Badge Issuance offices in Washington DC, North Carolina, or Montana.
• Relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist in Security Operations or Vulnerability Response, are preferred

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $80k to $200k. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
