Position Description:

We’re hiring a Data Analyst/Engineer to work on a temporary project with DataNexus. This position will be responsible for working with SME and Data Team to identify the key data and then work to complete the automated acquisition of that data into our machine learning platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Subject Matter Experts from the source data systems to identify the key data elements needed to drive the machine learning/AI platform development
• Create python and SQL code to acquire the data identified and setup scheduled automated tasks
• Coordinate access and tasks with the relevant teams to ensure successful model development
• Client laptop as well as all licenses and software will be provided
• This team sets a very high bar for its members, so this person should be ready to hit the ground running
• And all other duties assigned for successful execution of the project

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• MUST HAVE SERVICENOW or Twilio/Collibra experience - (understand support channels and ticketing data)
• Ability to work independently
• Data Analysis & understanding of customer service ticketflow
• Data Mapping of raw data to intelligence
• Power BI – Ability to create data feeds for reports from sources above
• PostgreSQL skills to review data and create custom views and materialized views for ML & PowerBI dashboards

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree - STEM - and 2+ years of experience
• If no degree, 5+ years of experience in Data field
