Compensation:
- $170,000 - $255,000 in yearly earnings
- Competitive commission and bonus structure.

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular weekly trainings and 1-on-1's with team members and help them succeed in their responsibilities as Appointment Setters and Consultants
- Lead from the front: Establish minimum standards and create a strong team culture that you practice yourself.
- Educate homeowners in both door-to-door and in-home/consultative environments on the value of ownership over their power, monthly and yearly energy cost savings, government incentives, and how they can benefit from the most abundant resource on earth: the sun!
- Take ownership over every piece of the Sales process. The money is in the follow-up! Foster rapport that extends beyond your initial meeting with your clients and helps see them through to their Installation date.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Solar Sales (setting and closing) experience required.
- Previous Management Experience preferred
- 45 hour per week minimum (Full-time).
- Laptop or iPad for in-home presentations.
- Reliable form of transportation.
