What You’ll Do:
As a member of the Paid Search team, you will play a key role in supporting the management and optimization of paid search campaigns to drive performance and achieve business goals. You will work closely with the senior members of the team and others to implement paid search strategies and tactics. You will also assist with data analysis, monitoring campaign performance, and providing recommendations for campaign improvement. This role requires a solid understanding of paid search fundamentals, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the development and execution of paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine marketing (SEM) platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion.
- Assist in creating and optimizing ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to internal teams, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Senior Associates, account managers, creative teams, and developers, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Assist in conducting competitive analysis and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to recommend new strategies and tactics.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on campaign performance and provide recommendations and insights.
- Stay informed about industry changes, search engine updates, and new technologies, and provide thought leadership on emerging trends and opportunities.
- Provide support to Senior Associates in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Do You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or managing paid search campaigns.
- Basic understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team members and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid search marketing.
