Azara Smoke N Vape in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a fun and professional Part-Time Store Associate/Sales Rep that embraces creativity, provides top-notch customer service, and is motivated to grow with us.
We offer a supportive, friendly and relaxed atmosphere that encourages employees to bring their best selves.
Base pay begins at $11.00hr based on experience + bonuses, commissions, and an end of the year bonus!
(This means you can earn more than $15/hr starting out!)
It gets better. At the end of the year, we match your commission.
*Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Who we are
Azara products mostly consist of CBD, Delta products, and Smoke/Vape Accessories. We take pride in being experts in product knowledge and carry the highest quality products on the market without unnecessary markup!
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Make sure the store is clean and presentable
Skills
- Retail/Sales experience preferred
- Customer Service
- Knowledge of inventory and/or stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school diploma

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
