Blue Harbor Pointe is hiring for Store Associate positions for our convenience store in Mandeville. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused team members to join us. Under the direction of the Store Manager or Shift Manager, the Store Associate is responsible for ensuring all customers have a Memorable shopping experience, maintaining impeccable store appearance, while providing fast service.

Responsibilities:

• Provides efficient, friendly and fast service to customers.
• Assists in inventory control through stocking and counting.
• Ability to address customer concerns in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Takes direction well and understands the importance of working at a fast pace
• Adheres to safety regulations and food safety standards.Requirements:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Basic computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, reach, grab, climb and grasp for long periods of time with little to no breaks
• Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to refrain from social media and personal communication on electronic devices, during working hours is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $12.99 per hour
