Job description
Your tasks
- Develop, mentor, and supervise an engineering a team of direct reports.
- Maintain high quality, agility, efficiency, and application of best practices and processes across team.
- Manage team budget for equipment, staffing, travel, and training.
- Support development of technical designs and proposals.
- Approve designs and documentation according to customer requirements and internal standards.
- Perform demonstrations, training and participate in trade shows.

Your qualifications
- B.S. or Electrical, Computer or relevant engineering degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience with DoD contracting in C5ISR fields highly beneficial.
- Excellent understanding of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques for analyzing various systems.
- Experience managing employee performance, compensation, staffing plans, hiring, employee development, and employee engagement.
- Experience managing budgets, cost accounting, etc.
- Ability to travel throughout North America and Europe up to 40%.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be U.S. person capable of receiving U.S. Gov’t security clearance.
