Your tasks

  • Develop, mentor, and supervise an engineering a team of direct reports.
  • Maintain high quality, agility, efficiency, and application of best practices and processes across team.
  • Manage team budget for equipment, staffing, travel, and training.
  • Support development of technical designs and proposals.
  • Approve designs and documentation according to customer requirements and internal standards.
  • Perform demonstrations, training and participate in trade shows.

Your qualifications

  • B.S. or Electrical, Computer or relevant engineering degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading engineering teams.
  • Experience with DoD contracting in C5ISR fields highly beneficial.
  • Excellent understanding of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques for analyzing various systems.
  • Experience managing employee performance, compensation, staffing plans, hiring, employee development, and employee engagement.
  • Experience managing budgets, cost accounting, etc.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America and Europe up to 40%.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be U.S. person capable of receiving U.S. Gov’t security clearance.
