- Provide non-exempt scheduling support to the Talent Advisor Team as needed for in-person and video interviews
- Respond to phone calls, emails and texts in effort to confirm interviews to managers and candidates
- Update candidate files with confirmed interview details
- Ensure accurate information is provided to the candidate and the interview team with regard to date, time and location
- Provide all corresponding documentation needed to candidate and interview team for confirmed interviews
- Coordinate travel as needed for non-local candidates when scheduling interview
- Have proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Word
- Have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Commit to a 6 month contract with possibility of being extended beyond that period
- Work as a contractor through one of our local contract partners if selected for this position
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
