Job description
Works as directd by the area Sales Manager in support of the team's day-to-day activities. Primary responsibilities include: display building, pos execution, merchandising and put-up support, hot shot deliveries, implementing cooler sets, and quality assurance efforts. A Team Lead is also expected to work closely with the Sales Representatives to learn each route in the group and be able to provide inventory management and sales coverage as needed. Expect frequent interactions with retailers, consumers, competitors, and CWD employees outside the assigned team.Qualifications:
At least one-year sales, delivery, or merchandising experience in the DSD beverage industry.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills as activities will vary daily. Must be willing and able to learn relevant applications of Encompass and the hardware required to fulfill the job responsibilities. Expected to learn broad portfolio knowledge. Must present a professional demeanor.
