L1 NOC Engineer - Server side

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated L1 NOC Engineer to join our team as a full-time employee in Orange. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for network operations and monitoring, performing network diagnostics, escalating issues to higher levels of support, and working collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network and computer systems, identify and resolve issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and update network configurations as needed
• Handle incoming requests and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Escalate issues to higher levels of support as needed
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues
• Install equipment at client sites locally as needed
• Attend on-site meetings with clients as required
• Work in our Orange office daily as part of the NOC team

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a NOC or network operations role
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Familiarity with networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites when necessary
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
