Boasso Global, a premier intermodal service company providing transportation and tank container services, Boasso is currently seeking a Treasury Administrator to join the team at our Corporate Headquarters in Tampa FL. The Treasury Administrator will be responsible for all day-to-day banking/treasury functions.

Essential Functions

• Daily cash movements, including clearing checks, and account transfers.
• Transmit positive pay files to banks, and transmit payroll direct deposit files to the banks
• Entire wires and ACH’s into bank software.
• Processing/printing of AP checks
• Provide accounting and AR with daily cash sheets to record transactions in the general ledger
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years treasury experience
• Banking software experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Interpersonal skills
• Analysis skills
