Overview

The Vice President, Head of Product is a key member of the IU Health leadership team, focused on driving success within new and existing consumer product lines to further our patient-centered focus and digital experiences. The spectrum of tasks ranges from innovative product development to optimizing the efficiency of existing products and offerings. Leads a team of product managers, product owners, enterprise solution architects, and process consultants to develop vision, sustainable strategies, and efficient processes in order to guide the development and execution of the product strategy for the healthcare community. Assists in setting and achieving product development and revenue goals as well as communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including senior leadership, external partners, and clinical and business leadership. Creates a culture of innovation, experimentation and transformative thinking to challenge norms and uncover high-impact solutions.

Qualifications/Skills/Experiences:

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 15+ years in leadership roles building and managing teams focused on digital design and delivery of innovative solutions.
• Requires 15+ years of leading the successful integration of human-centered design approaches into AGILE and SDLC processes at both enterprise scale and startup nimbleness.
• Experience managing partners, vendors and other third-party resources is required.
• Requires the ability to work with the business, caregiver and technical community to ensure challenges are understood, defined and translated to create successful outcomes.
