KEY GOALS OF THE POSITION:

• Ensure that Villazzo delivers a hotel experience comparable to the best 5 star hotels worldwide.
• Manage day to day accounting, human resources and office management.
• Manage VillaHotel set up and personnel.
• Coordinate standards of VillaHotels in Miami

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and further develop accounting systems and procedures using Quickbooks for Villazzo LLC and its clients.
• Be responsible for all operational components of the Villazzo program when needed.
• Be personally present at every check in and check out.
• Follow and further develop invoicing revenue collection procedures and systems.
• Monitor expense accounting procedures and systems.
• Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Create invoices.
• Prepare and record payroll for vendors after confirming with Director Of Operations
• Overall responsibility for accounting and administrative work.
• Set up and effectively manage hotel Operational aspects
• Screen, recruit and supervise personnel, e.g. butlers, housekeepers, and handymen and other freelancers
• Manage storage facilities.
• Research and order products, accessories and uniforms.
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks as agreed.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow company guidelines and procedures.
• Follow document creation and editing procedures of Villazzo
• Keep electronic records of all work and company documentation on Villazzo server.

Other Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable vehicle/ mode of transporation
• Bilingual Preffered (Spanish)
• Work on some Weekends and Holidays, based on client need
• Fluent written and spoken English

**Salary is negotiated and commensurate with experience**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
