Experienced Wait Staff Needed - Italian Restaurant

The Position:

Task include but are not limited to:

· Welcoming and sitting guests

· Informing guests of the day’s special, and taking accurate food and drink orders using a POS system

· Effectively communicate orders to the kitchen staff

· Learning the menu and upselling additional products when appropriate

· You must be able to multi-task various front-of-the-house duties in a fast-paced restaurant environment

· Arrange table settings and maintain a clean dining area at all times

· You will remove dishes and glasses promptly or as needed throughout your guests’ visit and place them in the kitchen for cleaning if your busser/runner is busy

· End of shift duties include, cleaning, restocking, inventory, folding linens, preparing tableware

· You must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform some light lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms.
