Key Job Functions/ Responsibilities:

o Prepare all required shipping/receiving documents (internal and external)

o Sign off on any required paperwork and distribute accordingly

o Ensure all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner

o Prepare all outgoing shipment documentation -

o Invoicing of orders that are short shipped

o Scheduling of carrier pick up appointments

o Stock management transfers between Backerhaus and 3rd party warehouse locations

o Organize work area

o Be able to work efficiently, under pressure

o Accurately track all information on computer or manually as required.

o Operate under BV food safety requirements

o Always work to GMP rules and assure departmental compliance with all established policies

o Maintain a clean and safe work environment

o Establish and maintain a positive work environment, which sustains an exceptionally high level of team member morale

o Establish and maintain a collaborative and productive working relationship with other facility team members

o Communicates daily departmental activities through morning start up meetings and as needed throughout the day/night

o Communicates effectively with customers, dispatchers, and third-party providers in a frequently changing supply chain environment

o Other duties as assigned

Minimum Competency (Skills / Knowledge / Experience /Education Required):

• Good oral and written communication skills -English
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel) Required.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work well in fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently and with team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $50,000.00 per year
