TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We also lead Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to commercial buildings, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has more than doubled in size in the last three years and has expanded our locations to include Indianapolis, IN., Louisville, KY., Cincinnati, Cleveland, and our corporate offices in Columbus, OH.TNT Services has immediate needs for hard-working, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today. Because we are unique, we will train the right candidate willing to learn a new trade.

As we continue to grow our business, we seek a Wash Bay Manager for our Cincinnati, Ohio location. We are seeking an energetic, talented, fun/positive, hard-working individual with varied skills to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the drive-through truck wash center.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, talented, fun, upbeat, career-minded individual who can demonstrate varied skills to help us continue to grow our business.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Scheduling of team members
• Work with crews as required to meet customers’ needs
• Monitor daily inspections of service to customer fleet
• Work to ensure safety and quality standards
• Daily review of customers online surveys
• Daily reporting and tie-out of register
• Training of new hires

Requirements:

• Cash Drawer Management (preferred)
• Customer Service
• Management
• Must have a valid driver’s license, 4 points or less
• Ability to lift 50lbs and occasionally move up to 100lbs
• Detail-oriented, ability to see imperfections in the quality of service provided
• This role does NOT require forklift training, manufacturing experience, or supply chain experience.
