Assist customers, who may require technology assistance, in providing hands on help with computer basics, MSFT Word, attaching documents and sending documents via internet/websites/social media. Assist customers in finding resources in the community. Help customers get registered with WS WA to create e-service emails/account. Conduct workshops on basic computer literacy, social media in person or virtually. Assist customers in setting us email accounts for job search.

WorkSource Rainier Affiliate office located in South of Downtown Seattle. Customers we serve in the community are diverse. Tasks provided by the technology and resource navigator include the following: Provide job readiness skill trainings, such as: increasing computer literacy and on how to navigate website, social media and internet. Provide computer literacy training either on individual basis or in group setting. Assist customers in finding resources in the community by utilizing technology. Assist customers in setting up email accounts for job search purposes

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $3,143.24 per month
