Lee's Summit Honda/Subaru is looking for an organized individual that enjoys a fast paced environment to fill our opening for an Accounting Clerk!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Handle daily cash clearing deposits
Process all payments received on credit accounts
Maintain credit application on reoccurring accounts
Records sales tax exempt information
Follow-up with charge customer to ensure outstanding balances are paid in a timely manner
Maintain AR schedules and process monthly statements
Learn other desk in accounting to assist as backup
Scanning and filing as needed
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy and ability to type 45 wpm
Prior dealership experience a + but not required-
