Accounting Manager
Our local construction client is experiencing rapid growth and seeks a hands-on Accounting Manager to support their Director of Finance in managing daily accounting activities and month end processes. Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Handle month end functions ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain monthly financials and analyze ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records.
- Support continuous process improvements and systems implementations.
Accounting Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 4+ years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting functions, and WIP.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
