We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Autonomous Mobile Robot Business Development professional to join our team at Intel IDI (Incubation disruptive innovation), reporting to the General manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the industrial automation sector, with a focus on SLAM autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through the sales of AMRs.
In addition, they will also be responsible for building a full customer-facing team, including field application engineers, sales, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector, with a focus on AMRs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, as well as system integrators and channel partners
- Draft and negotiate agreements with system integrators and channel partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through system integrators and channel partners
- Build a full customer-facing team, including field application engineers, sales, and customer support for scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products
- Provide regular sales and business development reports to the General manager
- Required to travel frequently as required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of executive experience as business development or product management within the industrial automation sector, with a focus on AMRs
- 7 years -Proven track record of successfully selling AMRs or other industrial automation products through system integrators and channel partners
- 5 years - Strong technical knowledge of AMRs and industrial automation systems
- 5 years - Experience building and leading a customer-facing team, including field application engineers, sales, and customer support

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $156,950.00-$274,730.00
- Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
