Job Overview

Caves:

This position will join a locally-owned and growing company that was born out of a passion for thoughtfully and excellently produced food and beer, social and environmental sustainability, strong local partnerships, and generously giving back to our community.

Inspired by the culinary landscapes throughout Northwestern Europe, Caves marries a curated selection of elevated tavern-fare with a craft beer, wine, spirit, and beverages. Using regional ingredients sourced from the waters, fields, and groves throughout the Pacific Northwest, our menu offers the finest seasonal fare that is rooted in heritage.

Caves was originally founded in 2011 and takes its inspiration from the neighborhood bier taverns that our owners frequented in their travels throughout Europe. After a short COVID hiatus and a spectacular interior refresh, Caves has reopened with the original vision intact. With a warm inviting atmosphere, Caves seats approximately 70 guests, serving both dinner and brunch with intentionally selected hours of service.
