About the role

The BCBA will work along-side the Clinical Director to assist with on-boarding new clients, overseeing RBTs, creating treatment protocols, and overall case management. The position has the potential for growth as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Clinical case load
• Assessment implementation (VB-MAPP, PEAK, Function-Based Assessments)
• Implementation of supervision requirements (RBTs and BCBA-Candidates)
• Adhere to ethical standards set forth by the BACB
• Maintain quality clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• On-site supervision required
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Knowledge of common on-line databases (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst)
• Comprehensive understanding of a variety assessments (VBMAPP, PEAK) as well as the ability to conduct meaningful Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

Benefits

The BCBA will be provided with continued support in the areas of clinical expertise, organization behavior management, and quality assurance. The BCBA will work closely with the Clinical Director to assist in growing the agency. All services are provided in an autism center, Monday-Friday between 8:30-5:30. Additionally, the position has the opportunity for growth (e.g., Senior-Level BCBA, Clinical Director) as KIWI ABA expands! Additionally, all full-time BCBA’s are provided PTO, 7 paid holidays and an opportunity to build their own schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
