THIS JOB IS PART TIME (20-35 HOURS/ WEEK) WITH WEEKENDS A REQUIREMENT

Job Requirements:

-Must maintain presence as friendly, personable, and bubbly for our brides to be

-Must come across as knowledgeable about the fashion industry, upcoming trends, and construction of gowns (previous bridal or sales experience preferred)

-Must demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills

-Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment

-Must be fluent in computer sales systems and technologically savvy

-Must have a creative mind in order to create new content for social media accounts

Job Description:

- Assist daily with brides to find the wedding dress of their dreams

-Welcome all customers with a friendly, genuine enthusiasm over the phone and in person. Must be able to communicate efficiently with customers.

-Demonstrate leadership in the store and take initiative in daily tasks

-Ensure proper measurements are taken and entered into the computer system for ordering dresses.

-Help team in maintaining 80% selling rate

-Assist in the creative process of creating content for the store on all social media platforms

- Maintain Store Standards. Create an organized and cleanly environment in the store to promote and support a flawless shopping experience.

-Review timeline calendar and create future appointments that align with customer needs. Follow up with customers to remind/set future appointment dates

-Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver 5 star Customer Service.

-Responsible for providing 5 star service to all customers and proactively address customer concerns with confidence.

-Be familiar with the alterations team and process, and the ability to understand when to seek out managerial advice.

-Respond promptly to all customer questions regarding product and services. Build relationships to exceed customer satisfaction

Education & Credentials:

• High School Diploma (Required)
• Bachelors in Fashion, Marketing, or Business (Preferred)
• 1-2 years of prior sales experience

Shift Schedule:

• Weekends are a must
• 8 hour shift
• 2-4 days a week
• Flexible Schedule
