The Research Administrative Team in Department of Medicine

Job Description

This position will serve as a key member of the Research Administrative Team in Department of Medicine. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting faculty researchers with proposal development and preparation; maintaining a list of reoccurring proposal submission deadlines; maintaining a repository of template documents related to proposal submissions; project budget development; compliance with sponsor guidelines, federal regulations and institutional policies; and preparation of internal documents required for proposal submissions and award acceptance. Training will be provided through various means, including in person and web-based training.

Requirements: Detail-oriented; read and interpret guidelines; excellent written and verbal communication skills; organization; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines from a variety of stakeholders.

Salary

Salary Range:$20.05-$37.04 (hourly)
