Boeing Intelligence & Analytics ("BI&A") is seeking a Business Strategy team member. Responsible for growth strategies and activities for Intelligence & Analytic solutions.
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

Duties Include:
- Member of the Business Strategy team
- Work with business strategy team and senior leadership in identifying and qualifying strategic opportunities and relationships with industry and Government customers, for growth within and outside the IC and DoD space.
- Create feasible and profitable long-term goals
- Evaluate market trends and competitors and create strategies for growth.
- Define the company’s growth plan. Develop a roadmap for future growth opportunities
- Identify trends and flag anomalies.
- Develop and iterate on a growth model that serves as a strategic framework for how to continually increase our LRBP annually.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, program management and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives.
- Experience with international customers and the international market segments
REQUIREMENTS:
- An Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 15 years of business growth strategy, government sales/marketing experience
- Experience working with a fast-moving team
- Domain experience with the Intelligence Community and DoD programs with strong knowledge of MPO acquisition practices
- MPO experience with programs, acquisition, and leadership
- Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and capturing new growth within the Federal Government with emphasis on the Intelligence Community and MPO.
- Knowledge of major industry competitors
Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+15 years' related work experience, Master+18 years' related work experience, 24 years' related work experience, etc.).
