Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking a Call Center Manager to join their team in Tempe, AZ. The selected candidate will be working in a high energy, dynamic, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering best-in-class customer support in the growing semiconductor industry. This position will oversee all aspects of customer service including managing team members. Absolute customer-centric focus. The desired candidate will lead customer satisfaction working across various teams including commercial, supply chain, logistics and finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer service team by developing objectives that exceed measured service level targets
- Ensure SOP adherence and customer service audits including findings
- Define and manage training for new hires
- Manage staffing availability and performance development of team members
- Be the advocate for customers to drive improvement of quality services
- Utilize customer service functional tools and use data to support decision making
- Responsible for cost and overall team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, logistics, supply chain or related subject
- 5+ years team management experience and customer service
- Able to travel up to 15% domestically
- Previous employment history working within a global organization
- Experience working in the semi-conductor industry beneficial
- Preferred experience with SAP ERP order to cash function
Benefits
- Pay is up to $28 per hour or $58k annually commensurate with experience

- 1-year contract opportunity with potential for extension or direct hire
