We have openings for college & university level students for the Winter co-op term (January to April) in our Barrie, Collingwood, Orillia and Bracebridge offices.

Students will be primarily working in the municipal and land development engineering departments although some assignments may be in the water resources, water & wastewater, transportation or structural (bridges and buildings) departments. Students should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD as well as excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for daily use is required.

Key Position Requirements:

• Data analysis and compliance reporting
• Assist with design calculations, ACAD drafting, etc.
• Preparation of applications for approval
• Compile and analyze data
• Assist with the preparation of tender and contract administration documents
• Assist with construction inspection
• Miscellaneous engineering assistance to project managers.
