Panorama Orthopedics is seeking full time teammates for our Patient Service Center who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others with every interaction, every day!

The Patient Service Center serves as the gateway to exceptional care experiences at Panorama Orthopedics via scheduling and care coordination. As the collective Voice of Panorama, Clinic Appointment Schedulers extend a listening ear and anticipate the needs of the patient by surpassing their expectations with exceptional customer service while coordinating care.

Prompt and courteous with our patients and partnering facilities, the right candidate to join this enthusiastic team of subject matter experts is service-minded, empathetic in their approach patients and partners This care team member is knowledgeable in our physician and providers schedules, sub-specialties, chief complaints, locations, insurance, referral requirements and scheduling platforms - all while utilizing multiple software systems simultaneously.

Key Qualifications

• Excellent customer service
• Computer skills including MS Office, PBX and scheduling systems
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to multi task, prioritize and time manage
• Ability to manage high call volume
• Call management and problem solving skills a must

Other Requirements

• 6 months minimum of healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record and practice management systems a plus.
• Overtime may required based on department needs and manager direction.

Shift Requirements:

• All Clinic Appointment Scheduling Teammates provide scheduling services to patients for 10hrs on Mondays.
• Scheduling service is available to patients on Saturdays from 8 1 PM. Teammates will provides support as needed on a weekly rotating schedule

Required Overtime (based on volume, need to be scheduled in 1 hour increments) built into individual schedules.

Pay & Benefit Information

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime. The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $22.00 per hour DOE.
