To provide orientation and support to administrators, teachers and students on a variety of applications and hardware, maintains and supports equipment, and plans for technology uses and acquisitions.

• This person provides in-person on-site support.

SALARY: $14.00/hour

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 8 hours/day, 12 months/year (benefits-eligible)

REPORTS TO: Director of Technology

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree with emphasis in computer technology preferred, or two years of directly related documented work experience.

• Documented experience in PC, Printer and Hardware repair.

• A+ Certification preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, and the Internet.

• Documented ability to install CAT 5 cabling.

• Excellent command of English language (written and verbal). Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical audiences.

• Continue career improvement by enhancing skills and job performance.
