• Manage portfolio of customers, ensuring orders are processed in an accurate and timely fashion to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers, brokers, and team members to showcase WNA as a valued supplier and partner.
• Prioritize workload to balance multiple customer requests and deliver responses within agreed upon timeframe.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing Analyst, Finance, and others as needed to ensure orders are successfully processed and fulfilled.
• Contribute to team and manager offering feedback on daily workload and streamlining activities within the team
• Document status on orders and keep updated as needed and/or customer requirements.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, etc.
• Email customers regarding required revisions, back orders, or short shipments
• Obtain freight quotes when needed.
• Forward customer complaints or Quality issued to manager in a timely manner.

• 3+ years customer service experience required
• Customer-focused mindset, experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work 7 AM – 4PM central time.
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, support overall team activities, and contribute to business success.
• Problem-Solving Ability.
• Intermediate computer skills – Outlook, Excel, and Word. Order management system experience desired.
