Customer Service Team Member

Inspired Go is one of Canada’s fastest growing meal delivery services. Our goal is to make healthy eating easy and affordable for all Canadians. We access the vast resources and produce growing networks of our mother company, The Star Group, to create incredible meals and products delivered directly to our customer’s front door.

We are searching for a very organized and hands- on member to join our growing team. You must be ready to learn new things and not afraid to take on tasks. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the utmost customer service from the point of ordering until delivery. Your role will help the customer throughout these touchpoints.

This role is remote and can be done from your home or place of your choosing. Our team has quickly adapted to the COVID-19 lifestyle of staying in touch from a distance. You may be asked to come into our office and warehousing facility in “all-hands-on-deck” situations and join the team for any fun team events.

Direct Responsibilities:

• Customer Response – answering emails and social media messages from customers.
• Request Tracking – keeping a log of requests that are frequent to help us automate specific requests.
• Feedback Awareness – keeping the team informed of feedback that is important for product development.
• Order Fulfillment – organizing customer addresses and optimize delivery routes.
• Troubleshooting – working with our fulfillment, packing, and delivery team to manage delivery issues or concerns as they arise from customers.
• Creating Efficiencies – working alongside our team to improve our process to make it easier to coordinate and operate.

Skills Required:

• Computer proficiency is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
• Ability to learn fast.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve at a high level.
• The patience to handle disgruntled customers.
• Ability to lead and train.

Schedule:

This role is part time and requires you to be available some evenings and on weekend and does not have a typical workweek schedule. We will be hiring for a part-time position but see the role growing to a full-time position as the rest of the company grows.
