TITLE: Data and Reporting Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Healthcare Initiatives

SUPERVISOR: Division Leader Healthcare Initiatives

STATUS: Non-exempt, full-time, 37.5 hours/week

SUMMARY

Provides support to the Healthcare Initiatives department at Lifespan. Manages data collection and reporting to 10 or more program funders. Assists the Division Leader with the development of visual (PPT) and narrative reports. Liaison with independent evaluators; attend evaluation planning meetings and coordinate evaluation activities including qualitative interviews with care receivers and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for running Peer Place data base reports, managing ancillary data forms, collecting, tracking, and reporting monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports to multiple funders per project schedule and requirements.

2. Manage manual Peer Place extract data cleaning per funder requirements.

3. Manage qualitative data collection: follow-up satisfaction, quality of life and monthly service verification compliance calls.

4. Provide support to Healthcare Initiatives outreach activities: making contacts, scheduling, and attending.

5. Assist with tracking and compiling evaluation data for value proposition presentations.

6. Streamline ways of collecting data and minimizing redundancies.

7. Participate in the development of new Peer Place report development in collaboration with the VP of Programs.

8. Support and assist with quality assurance record review.

9. Monitor department use of supplies and electronic equipment and assist with ordering according to funder guidelines.

10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Associates degree in human services or related field required

EXPERIENCE: Strong technology background with strong interpersonal skills

GEOGRAPHICAL AREA: Rochester, NY area

EXPERIENCE

  • Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment with attention to detail
  • A portion of the work is performed at a desk or at a personal computer station
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary
  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills required
  • Computer skills (MS Office). Database and Excel experience required
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural situations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain composure under strict deadlines
