Dart Express has an immediate opportunity for an energetic, ambitious and goal-driven Driver Recruiter at its corporate headquarters in Eagan, MN. We are looking for the best and brightest to help our fleet grow.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for screening, recruiting, telephone interviewing, qualifying and selecting Company Driver applicants for driver positions
- Review driver candidate applications for job fit and compliance and conduct telephone interviews to evaluate skills for potential placement
- Responsible for driver recruiting calls and inquiries
- Ensure recruiting goals are achieved in a timely manner
- Ensure positive candidate experience through customer service, timely communication and respond effectively to candidate’s needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Degree required
- One year of previous driver recruiting experience preferred
- A high degree of professionalism in all business interactions, both internally and externally
- Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping and follow-up skills
- General experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
