Bay Beach Veterinary Emergency Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our leadership team as our Emergency Reception Supervisor.
Our hospital is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide you with ultimate scheduling flexibility. Early riser? Like to sleep in? Night owl? We have you covered!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing 20+ staff members of a 24/7/365 emergency practice, employee scheduling, interviewing/hiring, staff reviews and discipline, conflict-mediation, communication with senior management, training and continuing education, protocol development and management meeting attendance. The candidate will also be required to maintain a normal working schedule as an emergency receptionist.
