Our Real Estate Investment Company is looking for an Entry Level Assistant to provide administrative support to the marketing department. This position is critical for the smooth operation of the department and it requires someone with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, someone who is a dedicated and an upbeat team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Among the duties of this position, include:

· Completing general administrative tasks that include heavy data entry, editing and formatting of documents, compiling reports, conducting research, etc.

· Assisting with website maintenance by uploading and keeping updated property listings/pictures and other web content

· Conduct home inspections and take pictures for company website and etc.

· Managing property listings in accordance with MLS

· Writing creative real estate listing descriptions for all company properties

· Assisting with administration of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram and Facebook)

· Helping with development of marketing collateral or literature, i.e. property listings, flyers, brochures, postcards, and the like

· Proofreading marketing materials (property listings, brochures, website content, etc.)

· Contributing ideas for marketing strategies, advertisements and promotions

In addition to having exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, this position requires someone with solid communication skills (verbal and writing) and someone who:

· Has 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant and some college

· Is well versed with MS Office especially Outlook and Excel

· Has strong editing and proofreading abilities with excellent grammar, spelling and composition skills

· Can work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Is self-motivated, displays initiative and ability to follow through with tasks to completion

· Has advanced knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with marketing computer programs and online applications
