- Will monitor actual backup usage, to ensure all charges are accurate
- Prepare, edit and/or conduct reviews for recurring and one-time reports
- Lead and manages teams, products, and processes across budget lifecycle
- Evaluate, determine, and document specific requirements related to budgets and translates those requirements into resource and deliverables
- Develop and manage a risk register for each customer
- Provide routine reporting of project milestones, risks, impediments, and escalation requirements
- Present to leadership, stakeholders and/or governance groups, the vision and strategy of the project
- Conduct cross-organizational coordination as required in support of project delivery
- Expedite and coordinates services to assist in managing complex budgets across the enterprise
- Manage assigned tasks to completion within the schedule, budget, and scope of the project
- Must have a thorough understanding of how business office functions interconnect thru cross functional teams, this will be integral to the success of the team
- Must display deep knowledge of government policies, and customer needs and have insight to propose adjustments/recommendations to policies and procedures, which improve business and billing processes
- Must have a financial background in invoicing/billing procedures and ensure charges align with actual expenses (for pass thru billing) and customer usage
- Ability to respond timely to customer inquiries on consumption, even with competing priorities
- Experience engaging with internal and external customers with respect and professionalism while responding quickly to invoice-related inquiries
- Must be able to communicate with customers to establish a positive working-relationships and assesses customer needs
- Must have the experience to manage and validate expenses and billing close to $200M in total revenue each year
- Must be experienced in conducting monthly invoices, correct variance, analysis total revenue, and release invoices to customers
- Expert Knowledge applying Best Business Practices, Industry standards, key concepts, factors, and risks based on conversations and document these in clear and concise narrative or graphic reports
- Expert experience in directing teams and discussion with team of various levels
Education:
- Master's Degree in Business, or related field and 15 Years’ experience
- Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (25 years total)
Clearance:
- The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation
Location:
- Remote, USA
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST Time)
Pay Range:
- The pay for this position ranges from $55,730 to $103,500
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
