Position: Front Desk Receptionist

- The Front Desk Receptionist at Paul Davis Restoration of Santa Clarita is a professional with experience handling a wide range of administrative, technical, and executive-support tasks
- Ideal candidates will be highly organized, focused, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, handle change efficiently, and more
- Effective Front Desk Receptionists are familiar with all Microsoft software products and are eager to use these skills to assist in the growth and success of the company

- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlooks, PowerPoint
- Organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent communication skills; Fluent in English

- Receive and distribute all incoming calls
- Accept assignments from Third Party Administrators and insurance companies
- Add customers into company used software and link to other software
- Assist with specific duties as outlined in Reconstruction and Mitigation Workflow/Policy
- Pick up and drop off mail to the finance department
- Purchase all needed office/kitchen/bathroom supplies
- Maintain all required paperwork for subcontractors and their vetting process
- Maintain Contractor Services Agreement
- Manage insurance and third-party programs
- Maintain all necessary paperwork associated with programs
- Keep office staff updated with changes associated with programs (guideline changes, etc.)
- Alert all staff to new assignments that come in and ensure they are following procedures and submitting paperwork
- Ensure notebooks and electronic files are maintained with all guidelines and any updates
- Maintain records for OSHA requirements
- Maintain a systematic and easily accessible electronic filing system
- Perform other office and technical related duties as requested by management
