Our store teams are the heart of Leap. We are seeking a Sales Supervisor with strong leadership, entrepreneurial and marketing skills for our Orttu store in Midtown. This individual will create campaigns to support the achievement of sales for the brands and be responsible for leading a team. Not only will this individual gain first hand exposure to a wide range of brands and their founders, they will also have a direct impact in helping Leap build out this exciting new retail model.

A Day in the Life:
- Opening and closing the store each day
- Play an active role on the selling floor and demonstrate sales leadership
- Ensure all presentations of visuals and displays are directly reflecting our brand and helping it come to life.
- Support in bringing along sales associates on the floor
- Help out with projects on an ad hoc basis
- Comfortable working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
- While performing duties of the job, you will be required to maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
Measures of Success:
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through best in class service
- Be a champion for the category, sharing notes on product knowledge, competitors, and market research
- Average Order Value and Units Per Transaction will contribute to determining individual key performance indicators
- Clienteling: Client Outreach and support in brand activations
- Ability to accomplish tasks on time and effectively
