Fausto is an Italian restaurant located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The garde manger position includes the prepping and plating of salads and desserts. The menu is seasonal, market driven and utilizes local ingredients. This is an entry level position, but over time there is room for growth and the ability to move to other stations in the kitchen. - Minimum 1 Year Experience (Preferably Casual/Fine Dining)

Responsibilities and duties:
- Performing opening and closing duties as our standards require: setting up and closing down station
- Prepping items for the station for daily service and also for the weekly prep schedule
- Have the ability to lift 50 pounds
- Have the ability to stand for over 6 hours
- Carrying out other job-related tasks as outlined by the management
- Provide the highest level quality to all menu items
