Duties and Responsibilities

• This position services the beautiful North Shore
• Creates Happier Aging experiences for clients in-home
• Assists with ADL’s: healthy meal preparation, personal care, transfers, ambulation and exercises, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc, according to the Care Plan

• Completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested
• Being able to use applications via phone to properly communicate and document client care
• Engages and reports to Care Designers to elevate your client’s experience and care
• Functions within the limits of own experience and knowledge, and practices safely and competently within the job description.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to legally work in Canada
• Registered and in good standing with the BC Care Aide Registry
• Current TB Screen and valid Criminal Record Check in the Vulnerable Sector
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience preferred
• Driver's License and access to a car preferred but not a requirement
