Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their growing team! The Help Desk Technician is responsible for

providing assistance to users as well as working as a backup for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the organization.

Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and assisting with password issues.
• Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Following/preparing diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Develop and conduct training classes for existing and new systems and software.

Preferred Help Desk Technician Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus two+ years related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Must have understanding of Microsoft Software and TCP/IP Networking.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and on call hours as required
