Are you looking for a stimulating HR role in a multi-facility Canadian company?
Ideally you are located in Surrey or surrounding area.
Hybrid role – being on site 3 to 4 days a week.
You’ll get to travel approximately 40-50% of your time in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatoon.

- Ideally Bilingual – English and French
- You’ve grown with a company that’s scaled from very small to very large and understand the requirements of an organization at each lifecycle stage
- CHRP, CHRL designation is an asset
- Workday experience is also a bonus
Most of what you’ll work on:
- Provide HR support to the business, advising managers on performance management, employee relations, policies, and other HR-related topics
- Monitor the current HR policies and practices to ensure they are relevant and compliant with employment standards across your region
- Complete processes and project work to maintain compliance in your region
- Lead a variety of HR related projects
- Provide support and monitor our health and safety program for your region
- Maintain HR related records and reports updated
- Collaborate with our talent acquisition team on our talent acquisition efforts as well as onboarding, and retention strategies for your region
