Infusion Center Scheduling Coordinator - Full Time - Days

Provide thoughtful and insightful coordination to our administrative scheduling function in a high-volume patient setting. Here you'll partner with the Columbia physician practice, providing strategic scheduling to ensure an optimal patient experience. In this role, you will be integral to the successful operations of the center.

This is a day shift position working Monday - Friday. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights.

Preferred Criteria

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Epic Cadence experience
• Outpatient scheduling experience
• Adaptive to evolving departmental needs
• Ability to multi-task in cross-functional team environment

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Electronic office procedures including scheduling software
• Experience in Software applications, internet procedure, and web-based applications
