City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a full time Sales Associate for our franchise location located in Indianapolis.

As we grow- you grow! With the right candidate and success, this position earns the opportunity to follow a clearly defined path to outside sales, running your own territory, with uncapped commissions. Growth time frame: 12-18 months.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to make a combination of B2B outbound sales calls and field sales visits to prospective clients, offering janitorial services, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales executives.

Other main duties and responsibilities:

  • Find and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services!
  • Schedule qualified appointments for City Wide’s outside sales team (Goal of 4 or more a week)
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set.
  • Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets as set by management.
  • Send all City Wide information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up letters whenever appropriate.
  • Other duties as necessary

Requirements

Requirements

  • Sales background preferred. B2B and prospecting is a plus.
  • Lead generation experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A creative problem solver who can work independently.
  • Prior experience using CRM and MS Office is preferred.
  • Goal oriented with the ability to meet performance goals.

Benefits: Hourly rate of $21.63 an hour plus uncapped commission! First year target compensation: $50,000-$55,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
