As an Insurance Agent at AAA Washington, you will be building relationships and providing customized personal, life and commercial insurance services to individuals and businesses throughout Washington and northern Idaho. QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Possess or be able to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty, Life & Disability Insurance license.

· Sales experience and proven track record is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Sell and make recommendations on all insurance products offered by the carriers represented by AAA Insurance Agency

· Develop sales opportunities through the use of the Lead Management, Membership system, and other lead sources while increasing overall sales and the percentage of member households purchasing AAA Insurance products.

· Identify, evaluate, and provide resolutions to customer’s insurance needs.

SALARY RANGE

Insurance Agent Class A:

Hourly rate depends on experience.

• Starting pay with no experience $19.81 per hour.

• Starting pay with experience $25.36 per hour.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for incentives of up to 11.5% based on sales.

Also eligible for an Annual companywide discretionary incentive.

Insurance Agent Class B:

The starting annual base pay rate for this position is $65,743.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for incentives of up to 11.5% based on sales

Insurance Agent Class C:

The starting rate for this position is $65,743.

This position is eligible for commission pay based on sales.

This position is also eligible for a quarterly Sales Goal Attainment Bonus.
